The acclaimed economist, author and journalist Nomi Prins was kind enough to host me on her excellent programme Prinsights Global to talk about my recent trip to Port-au-Prince and the history of the extraordinary, troubled nation of Haiti, where I have now been working for nearly 30 years. I greatly appreciate Nomi both for her thoughtful questions and for giving me the opportunity to speak about Haiti at such length and in such depth. I hope our discussion will be illuminating for you all and perhaps spark your own interest in Ayiti Cherie.

Michael, it's always enlightening to speak with you. Your work with Haiti and globally is so critical, and your journalism is both bold and compassionate at the same time.
